Sizes 1 - 15 years and made of soft nylon chiffon. They are of the highest quality and very full.
Each pettiskirt has an elasticated waist and a button inside so the elastic band can be adjusted. Each pettiskirt is made of 40-55 metres of nylon chiffon in three tiers and in two layers. The skirt is very full but soft to touch so not uncomfortable to wear like tulle. Each skirt has a decorative satin ribbon which can be tied in a bow.
These skirts are perfect for twirling.
